Between the four of us, each group session with consist of two trainers, one who has major experience in the game, and one who has experience but is more of an assistant and helper who can help guide the group in any way helpful. In solo solo session will be a one on one for the most part (with certain exception of needing a helper!).

We will have all of the equipment needed for drills and to be able to play that sport but not certain things that are specific to the child's size or experience. (Ex: We will have tennis balls but not rackets, and will have lacrosse goals and balls but not sticks.)
